Made up of 270 Murcia-Granada goats, of black-mahogany colour.

Weighing around 40-50 kg, they produce some 1.8 litres of milk per day at one single milking.

They are fed on produce from the farm itself: alfalfa, flowering oats, hay and a seed mix (barley, oats, maize, soya, cotton…), the perfect diet for high-quality milk production.
